Hi potential residents of The Ridge at Clear Creek, as you start to consider where you are going to live while going to school you need to think twice about this location. I did my research, and none of the reviews brought up the experience we have had so I want to ensure you see this: The lease that the facility promises you, in the beginning, is not the lease that you get. The Ridge is so nice! The office staff is very helpful and committed to making things right. My apartment is beautiful and I love the location of the complex. Although the amenities are closed for COVID, they are extremely nice and clean! Additionally, the price for the apartment is very affordable! Highly recommend✨

Very quiet community and feel very safe when walking around! The front office always answers any questions I may have, I recommend looking into living here!
