Honest review from someone who has lived here for years: I moved here in 2023! When there was a homeless encampment next to the complex. The city has since cleared out this homeless encampment, but the gate, from my experience, was only consistently up after the homeless camp was cleared out. The gate often ends up not being used. Ridiculous going on day 2 no lights no air conditioning, and I never been late on my rent, and this is not a power outage it was only my apartment.No notice of when it will be on. I could write 10 paragraphs but I won't. I can't cook or heat up food,what a great inconvenience. Gas to high to be going other places to cook and heat up my food.
