Guess they don't like people who pay their rent on time. ATTENTION!!! Ridiculous going on day 3 no lights no air conditioning, and I never been late on my rent, and this is not a power outage it was only my apartment.No notice of when it will be on. Honest review from someone who has lived here for years: I moved here in 2023! When there was a homeless encampment next to the complex. The city has since cleared out this homeless encampment, but the gate, from my experience, was only consistently up after the homeless camp was cleared out. The gate often ends up not being used. When it is occasionally used it’s terrible for people who get off work at night.
