I had an excellent experience recently - our old dryer broke down and we needed a replacement. Initially I ordered from one of the large chains, but they pushed back the delivery with no notice and no indication that they wouldn't push back the delivery again. So I canceled that order, stopped by Ridge Appliance Repair Company, and they delivered and installed it in 2 days. Tyler was the only one I could get to answer in Kansas City for my appliance repair request. We left a voice mail and told them we had a fridge not cooling so he came out the same day and replaced the defrost thermostat and that seemed to fix it. Amazing response time in my experience it has taken days now it’s same day!
They do not pick up..never do
I have a broken washing machine and called to get an appointment on a Saturday. I was super excited when they said they could get me an appointment the next day. Sunday comes around and no call, no show during the appointment window. After I call the main office, the technician called to reschedule. We rescheduled for Tuesday. Again, no call, no show during the appointment window. Very happy with my service today! I scheduled my appointment online which was quick and easy. The technician came during the appointed time frame and fixed my dryer. I was expecting my bill to be higher than it was, but it was very reasonable. I will most definitely use Ridge Appliance Repair Company again!
