this is the saddest apartment complex i have ever lived in. they are literally slum lords. they do not do thorough inspections when leasing. they will move you into an apartment that is literally deteriorating. all they do is put new paint on the walls. the buildings are outdated and everything is falling apart. they are aware of all the mold and water damage in every building in the complex. every month there is a new issue that has to be fixed. the walls are paper thin. you hear your neighbors every breath & move. they wil... read more

Property management was trash... Neighbors were all disrespectful to each other. Parking was legit a nightmare no matter what time of day or day of the week. Most residents double park without considering others need to do the same thing themselves.

100% STAY AWAY... Stayed here for less then a whole year. Maintenance came into my apartment with my girlfriend alone and had 4 guys to pickup a small window unit unannounced with nothing more then a knock. My girlfriend didn't feel safe in the space so we moved out in the following weeks. Maintenece also claimed to have fixed my AC for 3 months beginning in July but never did until i called upon their boss whom determined that throwing more free on in for a 6th time wouldn't fix it i need a whole new unit and insulation.
