Definitely, would not recommend this place to anyone. They took my whole deposit. Not to mention the ridiculous fee they charged me when I moved out. I stayed there 6 months had a water leak in the walls busted down the Sheetrock three times and replaced it. The leak never got fixed then charged me for mold on the carpet and walls from the leak they never fixed. Also stated the apartment had fleas when I never owned a dog, had roaches the exterminator was in the apartment once a week. Rent was paid but got lost for ten days ... read more

I lived at The Ridge from July 2024-July 2025 and I waited to write this review in case the property staff decided to attempt to retaliate in any way. I’ll start with the benefits of The Ridge. I think the apartments themselves are physically fine. The rooms are a good size for the price (1bed 1bath ~$960/month) and the maintenance is great. Very nice and courteous maintenance staff. I’ve lived in a few different apartments and The Ridge office staff and maintenance are some of the most kind people in this industry. I’ve felt taken care of. When I moved in, the dryer was broken but they quickly showed care and priority to help me get a working dryer! I love it here! Shout out to Dennis and Ka Tricia for being friendly and on top of things!
Absolutely the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!!! 🤗🤗🤗 You will have a chance to see magically your wallet money is sneaking away quietly while you are sleeping I guess there is a bitcoin mining farm under the property, which is working intensively once you turn the AC on. My utility bill is literally $500 per month.
