I recently moved into The Ridge Apartments, and my experience so far has been amazing! From the very beginning, Miranda, the leasing professional, made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions — truly going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I have been staying at this place for 2 years, and I would ablsolutely recommend it. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Maintainence issues are usually addressed within a day.
Moved in this apartment for more than one month, still waiting for regular network…… cannot imagine to live in an apartment where you couldn’t FaceTime, watch videos or take zoom meetings. But here it is…This place just makes life difficult and frustrating. The staff here is unprofessional and unhelpful, they do nothing. This is a popular apartment in town but I am very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone.
Leasing office deducted rental deposit unfairly for cleaning up that was not discussed prior. Maintenance requests take a lot of time. Gym is small not well equipped Pros- has a nice park across the street
Definitely, would not recommend this place to anyone. They took my whole deposit. Not to mention the ridiculous fee they charged me when I moved out. I stayed there 6 months had a water leak in the walls busted down the Sheetrock three times and replaced it. The leak never got fixed then charged me for mold on the carpet and walls from the leak they never fixed. Also stated the apartment had fleas when I never owned a dog, had roaches the exterminator was in the apartment once a week. Rent was paid but got lost for ten days ... read more
