Great experience. I had them come out to repair my office's A/C. I called another company initially. That didn't go so well. So I called Ridge, and Buddy came out the same day and got us operational. The other company's tech said that the capacitors were blown because the outdoor unit was bad. He showed them to me and left them sitting beside the unit. Ridge Air Conditioning is such an Awesome Company! The Best! One of our tenant’s central AC quit! I called this morning 2/5/25 at 8:45 am, by 9:30 am we had one of their Awesome technicians here! A.c. quit today called this place the lady was so polite and friendly, I explained what was happening she said no problem, she would get in touch with the tech and to make sure to answer my phone when he calls, he called I answered he showed up , he also very friendly and polite looked at it new what to do and in 30 minutes my a.c. was working, thank you so much Buddy and Ridge Air Conditioning.
