RecommendedHad what I assumed was a destroyed bottom bracket (also told unfixable by a shop in andover) and brought it to ridetopia and was FIXED AMAZINGLY. nothing but a good attitude and a great repairman. Worth the drive to get your bike serviced here 110%. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Never had a worse experience on the mountain or with a bike shop. A simple broken brake lever ruined my day. not only was it an easy fix for any shop, but Ridetopia took an hour to scold me about damaging their bike, then wanted to charge me $400 for the brake lever and a scratch. They don't understand they there are inherent dangers that come with mountain biking. I thought the $130 day rental would cover their insurance and obvious wear and tear.
Jason is an awesome bike mechanic and pro rider. He offers impeccable suspension service and fine-tuning for all bicycles. He is fast professional and honest and loves his business. Plenty of parking plenty of rental bicycles plenty of armor parts and even stickers always available in stock at his counter. The days of sending my suspension back to the manufacturer for professional rebuild are over for a long time now. As long as Jason and ridetopia exist I will constantly bring them business

Straight up the best bike shop I have ever been to. Jason knows his way around a bike better then some of the "lisenced" trek bike techs I've dealt with. Super fast and always convenient service. Just cool people and cool bikes, look forward to my bike breaking so I have an excuse to stop by there.
Work is done right the first time at a fair price !!!
