Good quality maybe, waiting weeks for items that were sold as "in stock"
Ridetech's Customer service is top tier. I had an issue that was definitely an anomaly. I was treated like I was their only priority till my issue was resolved. I couldn't be happier with the customer service or how my truck performs with ridetechs suspension system.
Called multiple times and emailed. No response. Will take my business elsewhere
My review is based on the service and not the quality of their products. I ordered a full air suspension setup for my Silverado. When I talked to them they had everything in stock except 1 part. They said that part would be ready in about a week. The shop doing the install ordered the kit the next day. Now at 7 weeks later and still haven't received my parts.
