They really need to have a zero rating for you people. You're a joke to the transportation industry. Never on time, drivers are reckless, texting and driving, very rude to customers, you allow a 15 minute window of being late or early. Ok. What about 45 minutes late?? Cuz I just got to sit outside from 5:05 until 6 when you finally pulled in. But god forbid if a customer is running a couple minutes behind you leave them. If I could rate you guys with a zero I would. Your drivers are rude asf. Can't drive for shit, playing on the phone while driving using wrong lanes to turn in I can keep going.
