I am handycaped and left here at bus stop in Marion and the doors to the building with restrooms is locked and it is snowing. if I grease to death this Saturday of jan 2nd . You know why

In my opinion , I think Rides Is good . However , you never know when the Bus will get to your house If your waiting for them so I’m always on the look out for a bus . I also agree that there sometimes a little late when they come to pick you up and take you to your destination. I’ve had to call Into work several times to let them know I’m going to be late because my bus Is late . I’ve also had to call Rides and ask where the Bus is . That’s really my only complaint I have with Rides.

Rides needs a Union to protect their employees from the corruption within Administration. The CEO Bill Jung is a crook. Bill misuses Federal nd State Funding. Karen Vineyard, Debra King, Adam Latch, Rodney Worrick and Janet Perkins are Bill's Administrative Staff. Administration lies to acquire Federal and State funding. Administration uses company vehicles and company credit cards for their personal use. They really need to have a zero rating for you people. You're a joke to the transportation industry. Never on time, drivers are reckless, texting and driving, very rude to customers, you allow a 15 minute window of being late or early. Ok. What about 45 minutes late?? Cuz I just got to sit outside from 5:05 until 6 when you finally pulled in. But god forbid if a customer is running a couple minutes behind you leave them.
