By far the nicest store i have been to from the Pan handle in Florida to Cleveland Oh.Staff was very friendly and beautiful i must say.Not to mention the many choices and selection of bikes!Will be back!Awesome place!
Floor salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. However the fiance officer (apparently the sales manager too) cancelled all agreements that were made the day before. He seriously demeaned the salesman in front of customers. I won't be shopping at this store again.
Riders H-D is the only place to buy a bike! Great staff (especially Joe in finance and Brook up front), great facility, and great selection of bikes, parts, and clothing & accessories...
The Veterans Day event was one for the books. I am so grateful that I got to witness this amazing business gain more loyal customers. Can’t wait to see what next year holds!

Great people. When you're at Rider's, you're treated like family. If you need a bike see Joe Bonds. You will leave with one, or in my case, 2!
I just completed the Riders training course. I had a fantastic time. The instructors were very good and very professional. I have learned so much in such a small amount of time and I can't wait to put it into practice. Thank you.
