They make you fill welcome even after you tell them you can't afford one. The don't walk of they will steal show you every thing and don't leave you looking at the floor when some one else walks in that is wanting to buy! Thank every one there for making me fill like family!! Wish more Harley shops was like you all!!!!!
Came with a friend to pick up his 2016 FLHT police bike. Great people to deal with.....especially Brooke/Princess...she rocks!
Staff is extremely unfriendly, service writer is rude sarcastic and very unhelpful. Will not be back or recommend anyone else coming here. Worst Harley Davidson Dealership I have ever visited.
This past weekend on my way back from Arkansas to Virginia my shifer linkage disconnected from the primary. After spending about an hour at a Loves gas station trying to put it back into place me and club brother gave up and found the nearest Harley dealership. I had to ride in 4th gear for about 45 miles just to make it. But once i got there and had it looked at it took the tech all of 15 minutes to fix it and give me a rundown on all the maintenance needed. Best of all there was no charge for the work. Got my dad a t-shirt from you guys, he washed it one time and the neck of the shirt tore up. You refused to exchange because he washed it. I will NEVER buy anything from you again. My family will never do business with you again.
