Happy with the decision to buy a used bike from Riders. With no warranty had a couple of things show up after riding took it back just to see what could be done and they are fixing it on their dime. Never met a group of people that cared so much about customers. Thanks Scott, Joe, Allan and everyone else involved.
I've had good, ok, and not so ok experiences with Harley dealerships over the years. I have to say of all Riders was the absolute best. They beat everyone's trade appraisal sight unseen. The experience was above and beyond, post sale service has been spectacular as well. Brian and joe are top notch guys, they'll make it right whatever it takes. Me and Shannon LOVE our road glide ultra! Thanks a ton guys, we look forward to future business with everyone at riders.

Scott & Joe at Riders have been absolutely fantastic! This experience with getting my new bike was the best! They are genuine, patient and truly authentic people. I took six weeks to buy my bike. Did research, test rides, asked tons of questions and they were always there. Riders has my business over the other dealerships in the state. Not to mention they have the very best prices- Mobile-Huntsville-Montgomery or the other Bham couldn't come close. No kidding! Thanks for the great team, Joe(Manager) & Scott Vance!
