Would never recommend them to anyone took my bike to be fixed took over 3 weeks to hear anything back and wasn't forewarned it was gonna take that long and I dropped my bike off as a complete bike and picked it up all taken apart no attempt to put it back together worse experience ever useless shop never going back and would never recommend them to anyone
Great service. Very helpfull. I have a bad back and used to desert ride here in the AV. The back belts are crap and i thought why not a kidney belt. I have gained wieght since I used to ride and the lady at the counter (Don't remember her name) found one that would fit me. Works better than anything else I tried. She ordered it and it arrive within 2 days. Exellent service. I know I went to the right place. Works great. I'm in much less pain now thanks to you. Desert Rat Dave
Ignorance is thick there, won't be a return customer.
Riders choice doesn't know how to torque bead-locks. Instead of taking the time to do it properly or advise my husband they were not equipped to do the job, they just threw it together which damaged our tire. Had we not noticed as soon as we did it could have seriously injured my entire family. Will be taking our business else where.
Riders choice has no idea how to torque beadlocks. My tire was damaged because the tire was not torqued properly. My family could have been seriously injured due to their negligence. Definitely won’t shop here ever again for anything!
They have a large inventory, expert mechanics, knowledgeable and friendly staff!
