THE WORST!!! I paid for a termite inspection for a house I purchased. They have zero integrity and never checked in the crawl space...just wrote a report stating the house has NO signs of termite activity active or otherwise. Gave the previous owner a pass...now they don't need to pay for corrective measures for the multiple signs of termite infestation in my home found by an actual pest control company. I don't typically write these so if that counts for much please know how grateful I am for this company. We've had a recurring rat problem for a few months and another company couldn't seem to handle it. Called Rider, and they were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. My family and I have used this company for almost a decade. They treat both my home as well as my neighbor's home. I'm impressed with the level of dedication they've put into their quality controls. They rotate which technicians come out every quarter so they're always checking up on each others work as well as having a manager come out sporadically throughout the year. Had a pest issue, the staff the took the call was extremely professional, the manager came out that day to inspect while I was present. He showed me different avenues the pests had into the home and recommended a solution to prevent the issue going forward. Very reasonably priced and excellent all around service.
