Excellent FBO. Their team heard my radio calls and a golf cart was right off taxiway C with immediate guidance and support including a wheel chock and a cordial greeting as I gathered my things. I fly an older 172, and I felt like I was slumming it next to the SR22 I parked next to, but you couldn't tell by the Line Tech's graciousness. Superb. Really enjoyed the conversation with the wonderful lady inside as well. Beyond pleased with everything.
Taxiing in after landing, there is always a person in golf cart leading the way to parking. Quick fueling, discount on fuel if you eat at the restaurant in the FBO. Food is very good. No fees. Friendly tower personnel. Also, the Fairchild Museum is in the old factory on the field with room to park the plane.
The staff give the red carpet treatment to all pilots. The facility is updated and clean. Very professional and prices are very reasonable. There is a nice restaurant on location as well.
Top tier FBO. Super helpful, immaculate place. Nicest restrooms in the state if not the entire northeast. They meet you at the taxiway with a follow me and literally roll out the red carpet for you. They make a common 172 feel like a Gulfstream carrying a VIP
