I recently had the privilege of working with Joy at Rider’s Florist when ordering funeral flowers for a dear friend. Since the service was a little non-traditional, Joy went the extra mile by calling the funeral home to ensure everything would be handled appropriately. Ordered some flowers today to be delivered tomorrow for my nieces birthday. Clearly my confirmation says delivery 8/13/2025 because that’s her birthday. Well they delivered today which ISN’T her birthday hence me picking tomorrow for the delivery date. Yes, they actually delivered them and they look good, but there was a reason I chose for it to be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow is her birthday not today. I will never use them again because they can’t even follow simple instructions.
Riders kindly made some prom flower arrangements for my daughter and her date at the very last minute. They were beautiful and we are very thankful for them! Thank you!!
