Horrible. Tonya “receptionist” mixed up which side of my teeth was getting what procedure. I was told to sign the consent afterwards. I declined and stated I wanted to talk with the doctor for clarification. When the doctor did come in she was angry at me saying she was already behind and mad because I didn’t sign. After clarification I was told all procedures were easy. Furthermore, the doctor told me that she running late so I need to decide what I want to do right now. How did I become the bad patient? Was having a problem with a reoccurring abscess in a molar. Unable to find a timely appointment with an endodontist or oral surgeon. Dr.Rider's office was able to accommodate with an appointment in one day. The tooth was extracted painlessly and graft set in place. Dr, Rider was fast and professional. Excellent staff, highly recommend.
