So for I would say we've had a pretty good experience. My son broke his wrist they were kind, caring and professional. my only critique would be it took a week to get him in for surgery after he broke his wrist. I will update review after he gets the pin out and his arm is healed hopefully all goes well.
Lucky to be alive! Horrible experience at Rideout after a heart stent operation. Attendants did not answer the call button quite often. Once, when the I V came out, I was bleeding uncontrollably and pushed the Red button. Attendants were laughing and joking around while I continued to bleed. The visitors of my roommate had to go out to the nurse's station to get their attention. I could go on and on about my negative experiences at this awful place, but ....
