Very very bad service! Im surprised it is legal for them to be in business
Great experience. I went there for a suicidal overdose. Every nurse was super nice. I couldn't believe it.
Worst hospital around the northern California region. Don't blame staffing for the laws and rules they have to abide by. Blame the higher upper towers. Came to visit my mom for mothers day. Not going to state the problem wrong with her, but This hospital really needs to step it up when it comes down to Guest/Visitors. Maybe set up (NOTICES) upon entry to inform us that they have these policies are laid out for anybody walking up or into the facility without having to find out the hard way that they have set up up boundaries ... read more
Waited for a very long time, had chest & stomach pain. They did a chest X- ray, gave me a gabapentin & sent me home, was called next day & was told to cone back!. I have lung cancer & they sent me home!
Took my son there with chest pains and difficulty breathing. Went to security to ask for someone to help him as he couldn't get out of the car. The nurse he told said, "Well, I can't lift him." I again said he needs immediate help so she got a wheel chair and wheeled him in front of security and walked away. They then would not let me in with him. 3 hour later my son calls to have me talk to registration because the pain and shortness of breath made it hard to talk.
