Awesome sales staff and service department!!! I purchased my bike from the Craig location. They always go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect and that I'm taken care of. I also purchased the Tire Protection Package with roadside assistance from Travis. I HIGHLY recommend it, its already paid for itself since I had to get 2 new rear tires in a matter of months due to screws and nails. Go see them :)

Great experience. Ryan D was a great salesmen not pushy at all, treated us like friends and got to know us. He answered all our questions and helped us found us exactly what we were looking for. And Travis worked his magic and helped us with the financial side. Would refer anyone to them.

I had to wait and ask someone for help when there’s 4-5 people standing around looking at each other it took them 15 minuets to get me a credit app and sat there for an hour with no one giving me an update horrible service

i went into the Ridenow Power Sports on Craig. and they were awesome. For the first time i felt like they were fighting for the customer, trying to get the deal done by making me a happy customer. I went to a few Ridenow powersports and this is the store that took my business due to their professionalism, Thank you for the awesome machine! I took it out 20 min after it got dropped off.
Went into ride now Powersports on Craig and they’re customer service is amazing Mikey and Ryan were a huge help getting my bike running right again for the season and gave me a great deal on for my raptor 700

They are AWESOME! Brandi and Brandy were very helpful when I bought a new Shoei helmet, and Jim did a great job installing a Sena mount and microphone for me. They introduced me to a transition visor for my helmet, one of the best additions to my riding gear. No more stopping when the sun goes down to change helmet visors, love it!

Went into Ride Now on Craig and talked with Ryan Brown and Dakota. Got me exactly what I wanted by going out of their way to pick up my Utv from a different location in Utah!! If that isn’t good customer service I don’t know what is!! Travis took care of me in finance , got me the payment I wanted and a warranty so I could ride without worrying about any mechanical issues. All in all I highly recommend this location. Good guys not trying to BS you or jerk you around. ��

Had a fabulous experience here tonight. Bought a 2017 Hayabusa. Travis & Ryan were fabulous. Paperwork took a little bit, but that's how banks roll. Would buy another bike from these guys. Jim from parts helped with all the customizations and was excellent.
