I had been coming to this dental office for the past few years and, overall, had positive experiences. The staff were always friendly, and they were great at getting me in for appointments quickly. My experience changed when my dentist was switched without any notice. I had been seeing Dr. Ghazzi, but when I went in to have a tooth extracted, I was treated by Dr. Walid. Update!: Once again the awesome staff at Rideau Town Dental warrant well-deserved accolades. A recent visit entailed some complications and a significant amount of time needed to handle the complications. The crew calmly reacted to the situation and resolved things with excellent results, happily missing their lunch in order to ensure the well-being of this patient.
