I loved living in this apartment building! It is well maintained and quite. The building manager is always on site and it makes so easy to reach out for the help. The assistance from the building manager (or his back-up) is available 7 days a week. The rooms in the apartments are bright, clean and well maintained. The price of the rent is adequate for the location and size of the rooms. The laundry room gets cleaned every week and as long as the tenants do not make it dirty, it is always clean.
