Impossible to access urgent care at RRFM half of the times, you never know with them. It's Saturday , January 4th, the receptionist only picked up my 40th + call after an hour and 20 min of calling (since 8:00am) and for each and every call, the line was busy. Finally when she picked up at 9:20am, she told me all of the 12 spots for Saturday morning were taken already at 8:09am. The client service at this location is not very good. It's incredibly difficult to reach anyone to make an appointment. They say appointments can be made online yet the online portal says no appointments are available. They schedule you in for such short appointments and immediately cancel the appointment if you're even slightly late. They book multiple weeks out in advance so you can't get an appointment to deal with an immediate issue. They have no cancellation list either. It’s been a tough year, and Dr. Sarah Saliba has been a Godsend! Over the past 10 years, and especially this year, she’s been so much more than a family doctor to me.
