Would highly recommend coming here. Sheena was able to squeeze me in as a same day appointment when I had an emergency with my cat. Although my cat had passed on the way to the appointment, the vet made sure to check him and they gave me time with him. I really felt they took great care of him afterwards and made sure to explain everything to me for what happens next. Thank you !!
The team is caring and compassionate
I highly recommend the Rideau River Animal Hospital. Dr. Hanna Laidlaw and Dr. Sarah Slater have been so incredible with our Bernese Mountain Dog. We’ve been bringing her here for over 2 years, and have had to visit many times due to digestion issues. Every time, they’ve treated her with care and compassion, consistently going above and beyond to find long-term solutions. Had a mini health scare/emergency with one of our cats and contacted Rideau River Animal Hospital. We were able to get in same day within a matter of two hours. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - we went right into a room and had time to let our furry friend adjust to the new surroundings before the vet came to do the exam.
