Karla and Christina were friendly, professional, and very patient in answering all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and valued from the moment I came in. Every visit since has been just as pleasant. Their exceptional customer service and genuine kindness make a real difference. I highly recommend Rideau Optometric!

100% Recommend! I am a first time patient with Rideau Optometric.Just a routine eye exam, but one like no other. The time that Dr. Butler took to explain each procedure was appreciated. I learned about a condition I have, that was never previously explained properly. All of the staff were so personable and kind. Thank you so very much for making this visit an easy one!
