I had a very disappointing experience with Rideau Optometric at Saint Laurent Mall in Ottawa. First, when I arrived at the mall, I could not find the optical center, so I called customer service for directions. Instead of helping me with the location, the lady immediately asked whether I had an appointment. I found that very unhelpful because my first question was simply about where the store was located. 100% Recommend! I am a first time patient with Rideau Optometric.Just a routine eye exam, but one like no other. The time that Dr. Butler took to explain each procedure was appreciated. I learned about a condition I have, that was never previously explained properly. All of the staff were so personable and kind. Thank you so very much for making this visit an easy one!
Went there Sat Jan 31 to get my glasses fixed at 11am. There was gentlemen that was so kind and professional (forgot his name, curly hair and glasses) thank you.
I had a very good experience at this clinic with my eye exam and glasses/contact lenses prescription. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get started with contact lenses. They did multiple trials and followed up with me until we found the most comfortable fit
