Very disappointed with this clinic. I booked an appointment because I had an urgent medical issue, and it was the only appointment I could find that day. I even took time off work to make sure I could attend. Then, only 30 minutes before my appointment, I received a call informing me that it had been cancelled. Cancelling a patient’s appointment at the last minute, especially when they are dealing with an emergency, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend going here with small children. We had a very upsetting experience with the staff at this clinic. We called because our toddler suddenly started crossing her eyes and we were genuinely concerned it could be something serious, like the brain. When we called we explained this and asked for an urgent appointment, the receptionist was dismissive and told us to wait for our already scheduled yearly exam in two weeks.
