Do not order. Very bad quality and poor service
Checked same day delivery. Was not delivered until 20:30 the next night. They insisted they were delivered when they weren't. Said they'd check with driver and call me back. No call. Left a voice message to call me back. No call. Very poor customer service.
Ordered Flowers for my mother for Valentine’s Day on February 10th. Someone needs to tell Rideau Florist that Valentine’s Day is February 14th not February 15th! Will not be is using this florist again!
Stopped in today to get my lady some flowers for V day…got a nice surprise when I saw roaches crawling around in the flowers. Tossed them on Montreal road. This place should be shut down!!!!!
Highly unprofessional garbage company. They can’t even deliver during an 11 hour window on Valentine’s Day. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! $130 for that garbage that looks nothing like what they advertise. Delivery guy shows up at 10pm after calling 6 times in a row with a phone that doesn’t work. Pure garbage
