What was ordered was no where close to being what my friend received. Especially considering I paid $104 plus tax I also didn’t get a notification that was delivered. I only saw the reviews after I placed an order, I should have went to a better reputable florist .

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I talked to someone from Rideau on the phone and gave them the address for the funeral home. A week after the funeral they called to tell me they could not deliver to that address. I asked for a refund. No reply. I called my credit card company and they will get my money back. Unbelievable!

I had already ordered the bouquet before reading the reviews and then I became very nervous. Thankfully the reviews were wrong, the bouquet was beautiful. The only recommendation would suggest is a shorter delivery time frame other than that very satisfied.

Does not deliver same day like advertised and didn’t even communicate that they couldn’t fulfill the expected order same day (and we ensured we ordered within the time frame expected to get same day delivery). We had to call to confirm and that’s when we found out they weren’t going to meet expected timelines. The person over the phone was also trying to make excuses the entire time rather than just own up to the mistake. Let the average review for this company speak for itself. Will not be recommending anyone here.

Absolute trash. Advertise one thing and send another. Not just a small substitution, an actual different bouquet. Overpriced for nothing. Responded to my first email and offered 25% refund. I emailed back and said it was unacceptable. No further correspondence. Terrible. Horrible. Do not use this shop.
