Expertly crafted bikes with subpar quality and shoddy after-sales service I bought a CF Racer 1 gravel from Ride1Up in June 2025 and received it in July. Starting from the day of receiving I had an issue with the rear tire unable to keep up pressure. The tire deflates itself within merely 30 minutes of ride and I constantly have to carry a bike pump to maintain it. After researching different foldable ebikes, I ordered the Portola from Ride1Up. The bicycle arrived very quickly and my husband put it together in about 40 minutes. Then we went for our first ride. I love this bicycle!! I can get it in and out of the car myself, and it has quite a few bells and whistles that I didn't expect. I dont post reviews very often, but really wanted to in this case. Recently bought a ***** and have several hundred miles on it now. This is the second bike I have owned from this company.I have always had very good luck when reaching out to customer service in the 4+ years we have owned Ride1Up bikes.
