Recently purchase the Prodigy V2 and to be honest this is a bike I really want to love and give 5 starts but it has quirks some odd quirks that find odd and concerning and makes me less then confident to recommend. For example, you can not turn off the lights on, the rear light is not a break light, the Bluetooth feature does not work, whenever you plug it in to charge it turns the bike on and all its lights, etc. These little quirks by themselves may not be a big deal but they just leave me less then confident that this bik... read more

Received our Portolas only a couple of weeks ago but we are already in love. Well made, Intuitive to ride and a comfortable design suitable for both our heights made it very easy for us to adapt to the bikes. Can't wait to fold them up and take them somewhere outside the city to ride.

I bought a Ride1up 700 series back in 06/23 and have put over 5,000 miles on it to date. There have been some good things about it and some bad things about it. I'll share both in this review that I'll try to keep as brief as I can while still being thorough. So let's start with some of the problems. The biggest problem that I've had is with broken spokes. Really solid company have bought two bikes from them. Anything goes wrong give them a call and they help out right away. Will be buying another when the time comes. Had an issue and they sent parts out within a day or two. Good people thank you again Omar and Jose
