After researching different foldable ebikes, I ordered the Portola from Ride1Up. The bicycle arrived very quickly and my husband put it together in about 40 minutes. Then we went for our first ride. I love this bicycle!! I can get it in and out of the car myself, and it has quite a few bells and whistles that I didn't expect. I dont post reviews very often, but really wanted to in this case. Recently bought a ***** and have several hundred miles on it now. This is the second bike I have owned from this company.I have always had very good luck when reaching out to customer service in the 4+ years we have owned Ride1Up bikes. I know everyones experience is different, but I will leave you with this story- when I was installing the stem and tightening it down when putting the ***** together, I likely went a little too tight and stripped one of the th... read more
