I genuinely look forward to doing business at Ride One in the future! It was such a great experience... I would go as far as to say it's the best motorcycle and power sports dealership in Columbus.
The staff here were the most pleasant sales staff I've ever had the experience of dealing with! They were never pushy, or pretentious. They were knowledgeable and they didn't follow us around like a lot of dealership-type sales staff does.
Most importantly, if we had a question they didn't know the answer to, all of the guys here were cool enough to say "you know what, I'm not sure, but let me check for you,"
Terry was so nice, he showed us some great options we hadn't considered and let us check out a couple bikes just for fun! He made us feel like our business was important, even though we weren't looking to buy one of the $30k BMWs on their floor.
The experience was nice.
After getting my endorsement, I went shopping for my first bike. The staff here were wonderful. At no time did I feel rushed. Each interaction was calm, professional, and friendly. After riding my new cruiser home, I could not be any happier with the overall experience.
Parts Dept. is one of the best in the business !
Great people. Very friendly and helpful. If you want a new bike you need to see Dave Russell the sales manager. Chances are if they don't have what you want in Hilliard they most likely will at another other location.
