Never fixed the ebike properly. Took way too long to even get parts. Un coordinated and unorganized, with excuse after excuse. Deal with them at your own risk
AMAZING business run by amazing people! My family now has purchased a total of 8 bikes from RTG, and we still have 6 of them! (We sold the other two to friends who were just getting into e-bikes) Because of their superior products and customer service (and the best prices around, by the way) we were able to get rid of our car with confidence.
