Ride Shine is a fantastic place to get a quick and affordable car wash with exceptional customer service. I recently visited to wash my car and unfortunately, I locked myself out. Jose and Adam, the MVPs of the day, were incredibly helpful in unlocking my car. The car wash itself is well-maintained and clean, with trash cans never overflowing. The staff is incredibly kind and willing to assist. Thanks again Jose and Adam for your help today!
I bought the $17 wash. Dryers at the end weren’t working. No staff informed us about it. Definitely not worth the money.
The line moved quickly and efficiently.
After experiencing continued problems with the wash tunnel at this, and other locations, I contacted the HQ office. Supervisor (Rhea) and technicians determined that multiple parts were non-operational, and the program operating the tunnel was faulty. Rhea assured repairs would be made in a timely manner. The quick care and attention given to fix this problem merits recognition. 5-stars. Well done.
