These guys are small, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. We bought a Pacifica recently and the check engine light came on after less than a week. They sent a porter to pick up the van, made repairs and had the van returned to us. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on again after a couple days. But Ride Shack was nothing but apologetic and had the van picked up again. It was repaired thoroughly and at their own expense. Really nice team. Very happy with our experience, despite the hiccups.
