JJ went above and beyond to help me get set up with a 2017 Pacifica. Especially after I had a rough day at another dealership. He is fantastic at his job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. 100% would recommend you guys to anyone else who is looking for a vehicle.
Working with JJ at Ride Shack was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle! The whole process was quick, efficient and easy. The trust he placed in us was reciprocated. JJ was helpful in navigating the internal clients within the business to make the sale happen! We were able to do the deal, process the paperwork and drive home with our new (to us) Mini Cooper in British Racing Green in less than 2 hours! Definitely worth the drive to go to Illinois for a car, much better pricing! Don't bother with the Milwaukee market! Foundd this little gem of a store on craigslist, completely legit! Bought a fantastic little Jetta at a price far below anything I found in the Milwaukee Metro area! Phil is definitely the guy to work with too! I just bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from JJ at Ride Shack. I can not say enough good things about them and their Staff. I had a problem with the power steering. My mechanic and local large dealership wanted to fix it and charge me $2500. JJ and Ride Shack had me bring the car back and fixed it immediately. I purchased my 1998 lexus es 300 through RideShack. They were honest and straightforward with the entire transaction. I was a little hesitant to purchase the car I really wanted due to my family discouraging me from buying an older vehicle. The car is in beyond amazing shape. RideShack let me bring my own mechanic to test drive, check the engine, etc etc and also even perform a diagnostic test on the vehicle.
