This indoor cycling place is fantastic - great people who make you feel welcome, it's immaculate, and the classes are great. I'm a beginner and they showed me what to do, how to adjust the bike seat and handlebars to my height, etc. I'm older (64), but physically active and while the class is very challenging for me, and I can't keep up the entire time, I'm perfectly comfortable taking a short rest when needed during the class. I LOVE my time at Ride On! Due to a recurring injury (not spin-related), spinning has not been the best option for me at the moment, and the saddest part about that is missing out on the VIBE that is Ride On. Truly, once you get the bug, you'll be hooked for life. The instructors are all so encouraging and positive, not to mention the fact they're all killer DJs. Been going here a little over a month now and I love it! The Customer service is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and makes you feel at home. The motivation and positive words are always on point! Definitely trying to make this a lifestyle!

Great workout, great instructor. I also like they sell session packages in addition to monthly memberships so I can go here and other places and everything I pay goes directly to the company
