I booked Ride NWI Car Service for three separate trips to O’Hare within a three-month period this year. Unfortunately, the middle trip had to be canceled because the soccer tournament we were attending was canceled due to weather. We were told in January that it was “no problem” and that we would receive a full refund. I've been using NWI Car Service for several years for both business and personal travel. These guys are ALWAYS on time and reliable!! The cars are clean and the drivers are kind, safe and professional! I highly recommend them.
