Yes this was "my" fault. I was never informed of a 500 deferred payment that was thrown into the contract. I explained to Alicia who is in so many negative reviews. She is awful and it truly takes a lot for me to write a review. I explained to her that it was not discussed. I put 3500 down and when I didn't make the payment on Friday they repoed it from my office. Which they charged my 550 for a repossession fee. Check engine light is already on and other issues which were not disclosed to include putting a tracker on it. I ... read more
