maybe don't sell people cars that are more expensive then dealership cars yet older and need major repairs in the first month, oo and better communication rather than straight up lying would be nice

You have had the vehicle for going on 7 months, you haven't responded back to us after multiple attempts, even after we helped you with a brake job that you still have not paid the remaining balance on. repoing a car on new years day? this is how you treat a 20 year old who missed about a month of work from covid. Your not even open today, and didn't even wait a second for the stimulus to hit so they could make it right. Hello Susie, unfortunately, we hire other people to do the repo's for us. We do call any delinquent customers to give them the chance to set up arrangements to make a payment so we can avoid repossessing it. If the customer decides to not return our calls, we will have to assume they don't want to make payments. The reason the vehicle was here for a month was not to fix a mistake, it was because the customer did not have the money to pay for the repairs. i got a 99 honda put a VTEC Solenoid Spool Valve and pluges and wires and now the starter went out i have put 300 in this car within a month dont buy from here i called to talk to them and the guy that i was talking to stared to cures at me

I am sorry that you are having a bad experience. We do try to make our vehicles as reliable as we can, but it is very difficult to fix everything, especially when it was not broken in the first place. The car had minor issues when you purchased it, for less down than what we require. If you bring the car in on Monday as we have you scheduled to bring it in, we can hopefully get you taken care of.
dont buy from here i had my honda accord for less than a month all ready had to replace the VTEC Solenoid Spool Valve and the spark pluges and wires and it still wont pass echeck asked to trade it back in was tol to come up with 700 more doallers to get another car all ready put 300 in it
I haven’t even had my vehicle a month yet and already my timing belt broke. I had my mother-in-law call Steve seeing if maybe we could pay him to fix it or figure something else out. He proceeds to be extremely rude making comments as in “what do you expect would happen with a $900 car”. He then threatens my mother-in-law. Go through the reviews before visiting.
Recommendedi got a 1999 honda accord it a great car runs great needs some work but it gets me from point a to b im fixing the car this is a great car for the money great ppl at this dealership i would not go any were eles
Always have been good to me always helped me when I was in a jam when others said no Ride Now always said yes. I have always recommended everyone to come here and they’ve always done good by me and my friends and family. The staff is great the service is exceptional they’re definitely like a second family to me and I’m glad to always do business with them!
