Been to the shop a number of times and continue to receive excellent service and support...thanks to all for what you do!!!
These guys charged my brother $50 to change a tube and perform a brake adjust that they then said "he could have done himself." It doesn't matter if he could have done it himself (btw the brakes still pulled uneven so they essentially charged him $50 for an innertube and to insult him) If there was a rating lower than one star that's what this disgrace of a shop would get from me.

My bicycle had working brakes when I brought it in for a tune up. Upon my first ride after picking it up, I realized the front brake had been completely disabled. Two calls to the store yielded promises that a manager would call. None ever did. I finally brought the bike in in person upon returning to the state (I'm away for months at a time) and received nothing but claims that "that's not possible" and "why didn't you bring this to our attention right away?" I will never shop here again.
