Frank and the rest of the guys at the Largo location are awesome! I had a huge blow out on the Pinellas trail just before closing time. I needed a new tire and tube but had limited funds on me and they made it work. I made it back to downtown St. Pete on time thanks to their kindness and professionalism. Thank you guys :)
THEE most honest place I've dealt with!!! Bought a trainer stand for my dad and by mistake my card got charged twice.....the salesman I bought it from (can't remember his name sorry) caught the mistake and issued the credit before I ever noticed!!! And then asks me to look at my statement to show me what happened. I'd have never noticed as I just pay the bill when it comes in and not look it over. Honesty at it best!!! They have my business anytime I'm in the area and need something from now on!!!! Largo store.
Knowing I want to exercise more and missing the wind in my hair, my boyfriend bought me a bike from a yard sale that was pretty much no more than a solid frame. Rick an Kevin built me a new bike in 2 days. They did it with smiles and the end result is I have a good looking, sturdily built, safe bike. The price was right as well. This is the place to go guys, if you want it done correctly that is. Viv
Stopped by the Seminole Blvd store one morning because it was open earlier than the shop I usually visit. Jeff was so knowledgeable and helpful that I came back later and bought a Cannondale CAAD8 6 Tiagra! He has been extremely helpful since day one! Thank you Jeff... and Brook, a customer who shared some valuable biking information while I was visiting the shop the other day. Thanks guys!!!
