Don't expect great customer service. I ordered triple clamps and other products. The triple clamps had no instructions or parts list, while everything else did. I called to inquire about possible missing parts and a specific installation question. I was told Adrian would return my call. Instead, I got a couple of emails from Adrian essentially telling me to "put it together the way it came apart" and if a part isn't included I should know to use the old part.
