Re-posting with an updated review since my recent experiences have changed how I feel about Ride. Suffice to say, things have changed here and the service I’ve received hasn’t been the same. Fingers crossed, things will improve. Not sure how I overlooked Ride for so many years, but they have it going on. Always a joy and very helpful
I had Ride Bicycles Bike Shop in Seattle upgrade my Cervelo. The manager Hannah was awesome. She found NOS resources and parts. The rebuild was done with cheerful oversight. The new bars and brake levers were a very big improvement in ride comfort! I do 30 -100 mile rides.
Always friendly service when I visit. I took my Surly Bridge Club in for a front rack install - not expecting it back for a few days - but they turned it around same day. I was super appreciative of the speedy install! I also asked about a preferred protectant for Brooks saddles and even though they didn't have any in stock, they recommended a product and where to get it locally. I would definitely recommend this place for any and all bike-related needs!
The store manager Hannah was incredibly helpful and patient in my quest to find the right bike. They answered all of my questions and gave a recommendation based on the criteria I was searching for. I ultimately decided on a Surly Midnight Special with their help and I’m thrilled with my purchase. Thanks Hannah and team!
