Terrible customer service. They made a mistake with my phone, and while I should have caught it sooner, they made zero effort to fix it. When I went in to get my money back, they refused due to an 'internal policy.' Save yourself the headache and avoid doing business here.

Ride Away Bicycles at Thousand Oaks is the best. I live in Boerne and never hesitate to drive the extra distance to go to this shop. Brad is a wealth of knowledge. He worked with me to refurbish my 2015 Salsa Fargo that I primarily use for bikepacking, gravel, and local fitness rides. He added electronic shifting and hydraulic brakes that made it much more fun to ride.
