Very disappointing experience. I bought a part from this shop, but they forgot to include an important bolt that is required to install it. When I called them about the missing bolt, instead of fixing their mistake properly, they told me to drive back to the store the next day to pick it up. This would require me to drive about 3 hours again, which is completely unreasonable for something that was their mistake.
