I had a pleasant experience with them, and I would most likely use them again. I needed to get my Mom transported to us on the 4th of July so she can be with family, I called many companies to get her transported but they all refused or their rates were way too high. But when I called this company they were ready right away and they had reasonable rates compared to all the other companies that I contacted.
I called Ride Aid Medical Transportation for assistance on Monday morning, at about 7:30AM. My husband was having dizziness issues, and really wanted me to call the paramedics to get him to the ER. I was pretty sure it was not as bad as he thought (he had ongoing ear issues for 10 days prior). I didn't feel right calling 911, and just wanted to go to Urgent Care. Ride Aid came through for us!
