One of the worst experiences I have had in a retail store in a very long time! I simply dropped my rings off, that were purchased from Riddles, to be cleaned. They were not cleaned very well so I went in after my husband picked them up to find out why they looked so dirty. My interaction with Kayla was less than acceptable to say the least.
