I'm EXTREMELY ANGRY! I bought a Movado a few years ago, and wore it once or twice. The battery died, so my girlfriend brought it here on 10/21/25 for a battery replacement. The man couldn't get the back off, and asked her if it was replaced before, and if the watch was used (I have her texts to me in my phone of this conversation between her and I, as I wasn't in the store) she said he called someone and finally replaced the battery. One of the worst experiences I have had in a retail store in a very long time! I simply dropped my rings off, that were purchased from Riddles, to be cleaned. They were not cleaned very well so I went in after my husband picked them up to find out why they looked so dirty. My interaction with Kayla was less than acceptable to say the least.
