Amazing experience! 10/10 absolutely! I looked around Zales and just wasn’t satisfied with the quality for the price. So I ended up walking by Riddles and was immediately drawn into how bright the store was and the energy. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me. But it was 35 minutes before closing and he answered EVERY question I had. As well, he let me try on every ring I wanted. The staff at Riddle’s could not have been more attentive or helpful. The attention given from Tabitha, Ken and others was far beyond what I expected and have experienced at so many jewelry stores. It truly made spending money there a joyful and worthwhile experience. We’ll be back.
