Zach (or Zack) was suddenly greeted by a nice line of people when I showed up, and while I was the last one to be helped he maintained kindness, a positive attitude, and kept it professional while helping me with my watch. I’ve purchased jewelry from them before and had a great experience. Great products and great staff.
Recently visited and purchased a ring with Riddle's and the entire experience was great! Dealt primarily with Blake, but everyone on the team that I met was super helpful and personable. Learned more about diamonds then I thought possible, and plan on shopping with Riddle's whenever needing jewelry again. Thank you!
