The young lady helping me, I believe her name is Rachel, was very friendly and pleasant. She was able to take care of my needs very quickly. This was at the Dodge City Riddle’s store.

I’ve been to the Dodge City location several times and been helped by Adrian. He’s always been super helpful, making sure my warranty was correct, cleaning my pieces and even repairing a pair of earrings a for me.
Riddle's is a great place if you wanna buy jewelry or a nice watch I love that place and I will be a good customer from now and forward.
Riddles cleaned my rings and necklace, gave me an estimate on jewelry all at no cost.
