We walked in with an issue on a clasp on my necklace that I bought from banter, jewelry, who we went to first and they seem to be very dismissive and not wanting to help with the issue of the chain clasp. Very helpful. And did an excellent job with my repair on my chain
They did a really wonderful job resizing my wedding ring when I lost a lot of weight. They were so helpful when we were trying to figure out the right size.
