Today I called to inquire if they had a specific Bulova in stock. The person I talked to flat out said they didn’t know what the watch model names are. Additionally there was also no offer to look it up or get someone else on the phone that might know. That’s just downright embarrassing and ridiculous. Could have been a quick and easy sale. Riddle’s should probably require some type of mandatory training here. Will never even waste my time calling again after that.
