I originally went to Riddle’s Jewelry - Columbia to have a ring cleaned and for them to check the security of the stone in its jacket. I wanted to make sure the prongs were wrapped around the stone safely. I had not purchased the ring at Riddle’s, but the entire staff was willing to help me. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I worked with Megan. Megan was very customer satisfactory and friendly. Megan helped me to purchase a new bangle bracelet. Watch adjustment, quick and good
I just want to say that every time we have been in the store everyone has been super nice and pleasant to work with. I recently got my great aunts ring and we took it to incorporate it with my fiancés current engagement ring, and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Ben and Ali for all of your help, especially with the rabbit hole I have you all going down now
