It was an unplanned visit to make an adjustment to a watch. They did a good job , attentive and was helpful eventhough it was late in the evening pretty much closer to the closing time of the shop. Thank you!
First time to this store and was pleasantly impressed with friendliness, professionalism! I have tried for several years to get a watched fixed and running and they fixed two watches in 5 minutes! Will definitely be back!
I got my ring resized here and it only took about a week for the resizing and getting it engraved. I ended up needing a slightly bigger size than initially thought and he offered to fix it without extra cost. Whole staff is very friendly.
